Enhancements to UDF API and complex allocations

FAC-63100

FAMIS360 now offers improved UDF data handling and reporting capabilities.

  1. API Enhancements: You can now retrieve Complex Allocation UDF data through new API endpoints, with access restricted based on your security rights. Reference the GET endpoint via: /MobileWebServices/apis/360facility/v1/udfdatas/ComplexAllocationHeaders.

  2. Bulk Uploader Tool: You can now perform GET calls for Complex Allocation UDFs via the Bulk Uploader tool and download the results as .xlsx files for review.

  3. Controller Updates: You now see updates in controllers such as WorkOrders, AllocationLayers, Floor, Property, and Space, which include the UpdateDate to ensure all changes to UDFs record accurately. Incident UDFs now include an UpdateDate, which populates with the date when you create a UDF for incidents.

These updates enhance UDF data management, improve reporting capabilities, and ensure consistency across the application.
